Subject: To Change a Member of the Audit Committee and the Appointment
of the Nomination, Compensation and Corporate Governance
Committee


Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) is pleased to announce that the
Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2010 dated May 12, 2010 has resolved as
follows:

1) To appoint Mr. Maris Samamram as a new member of the Audit Committee by
replacement of Mr. William Ellwood Heinecke

2) To appoint the new sub-committee, Nomination, Compensation and Corporate
Governance Committee. There are 4 members are as follows:

- Mr. William Ellwood Heinecke, Chairman of Nomination, Compensation
and Corporate Governance Committee
- Dr. Siri Ganjarerndee, Member of Nomination, Compensation and
Corporate Governance Committee
- Mr. Kenneth See, Member of Nomination, Compensation and Corporate
Governance Committee
- Mr. Aloke Lohia, Member of Nomination, Compensation and Corporate
Governance Committee

The appointment shall become effective on 12 May 2010
