Indorama Ventures established its first PET manufacturing site in Thailand in 1995, and it has grown from a single SSP line of 60 TPD capacity to a 500 TPD of PET resin production line today. As one of the key IVL locations, this site in Lopburi manufactures commodity PET resin, heavy metal free PET resin, and recycled PET resin. This site leverages backward integration with PTA manufacturing at IVL’s site in Rayong and also partial forward integration with PET preforms manufacturing co-located within the site.
