Indorama Ventures earns top 3 rankings in DJSI World Index and Emerging Markets Index, marking continuous sustainability leadership
Bangkok, 21 January 2025 – Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, a global sustainable chemical company, continues its journey as a sustainability leader with its inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World Index for the sixth consecutive year and the DJSI Emerging Markets Index for the eighth consecutive year.
This year marks a significant achievement for Indorama Ventures, ranking 3rd among 83 invited chemical companies in the DJSI World Index and 3rd among 33 invited companies in the DJSI Emerging Markets Index, placing the company in the 98th percentile globally this year. This reflects a notable improvement from the previous year when the company ranked 12th.
Indorama Ventures earned an impressive S&P Global ESG Score of 81 out of 100, reflecting its strong commitment to sustainability across key dimensions. The Environmental Dimension highlights advancements in energy efficiency, waste management, and recycling innovations. Meanwhile, the Social Dimension emphasizes the company’s dedication to human capital development, community engagement, and diversity. Additionally, the Governance and Economic Dimension reflects strong corporate governance and ethical business practices.
