Indorama Ventures earns EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the third time
Bangkok, Thailand – 24 February 2025 – Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, a global sustainable chemical company, has once again been recognized for its excellence in sustainability, earning the prestigious Platinum Medal from EcoVadis—one of the world’s most trusted business sustainability rating agencies—for the third time. The company previously received this top distinction in 2021 and 2024. This year, Indorama Ventures achieved an impressive overall score of 81/100, placing the company among the top 1% of companies rated globally in its industry.
This recognition reflects the company’s strong environmental, social, and ethical commitments, ranking in the top 3% for environmental performance, top 4% for labor and human rights, top 2% for sustainable procurement, and top 1% for ethics among all assessed companies in the manufacturing of basic chemicals, fertilizers, nitrogen compounds, plastics, and synthetic rubber. Notable improvements this year include enhanced product end-of-life management and PET recycling efforts, the implementation of a robust anti-corruption due diligence program for third parties, strengthened measures to protect third-party data, and an expansion of ethics and compliance training and certification across company operations.
