RECO Young Designer Competition 2014 Now Open!
Bangkok – October 28, 2014 – IVL arranged a press conference of RECO Young Designer Competition 2014, a designer competitionthat encourages students and young designers to show their creativity on fashion design and product design, using waste PET or polyester as materials. The conference was opened by Mrs. Aradhana Lohia Sharma, Vice President of IVL’s recycling business, and Mr. Richard Jones, Vice President and Head of Investor Relations. The honorable judges of the competition are Mr. Apiwat Yosprapan (Style Editor of Praew Magazine), Mr. Adisak Rojsiriphan (Designer of the brand Zenithorial and lecturer at Srinakharinwirot University and Bangkok University), Ms. Jarupatara Archawasmith (Lecturer at Faculty of Architecture, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang) and Mr. Narita Lert-utsahakul (D.I.Y. Artist / Designer). They discussed design trends with Ms. Pitta Na Patalung, our MC.
The competition offers prizes total 300,000 THB. Students and young designers can submit their work until December 19th, 2014. For more information, please visit RECO Young Designer 2014.
