On January 30, Indorama Ventures, led by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team from headquarters joined an MOU signing ceremony with Amata, a leading industrial park developer and operator in Thailand, to launch the “Re-No-Waste: Eco-friendly for Sustainable Future” initiative.

Aimed at promoting waste separation and PET recycling, the project engages more than 40 factories within Amata Industrial City to collect 8 tons of post-consumer PET bottles, which will be transformed into recycled yarn for student backpacks, benefiting local schools.

Representing Indorama Ventures, Naweensuda Krabuanrat, Head of Global CSR, signed the agreement alongside Akkhararet Chuchuay, Amata’s Community Relations Advisor, with Weerapong Duangpiboon, Director of Amata City Chonburi, and Sermpong Sukhko, Director of Amata City Rayong, serving as witnesses.

By leveraging our expertise in PET recycling, we are addressing environmental and social challenges while creating a positive business impact—demonstrating how sustainable solutions can benefit both communities and the industry.
