CSR Activities

Indorama Ventures Xylene & PTA collaborates with The Decatur Chamber of Commerce and Calhoun Community College, being the presenting sponsor for the annual Summer Welding and Electrical Technology (SWeETy) Camp for high school girls.

This camp provides hands-on experience in welding and other electrical skills, helping students to develop problem solving, teamwork skills, and participate in instructor-led projects. The camp also promotes interaction with women role models.

Five female employees from IVXP shared their personal journey of experiences and educational training that led them to achieve their current roles. This activity aligns with the people and diversity pillars of our CSR framework by providing the tools and education to empower students in the community.
