Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) donated 1,000,000 baht (one million Thai baht) to the Faculty of Dentistry, Thammasat University to support the renovation of Ratchasuda Building – the dental implant clinic. This donation made in the purpose of providing educational facilities for post-graduate students in the field of Dental Implantology.
IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries India held medical health check-up day to contribute to the health and well-being of villagers living in areas surrounding the site.
Three subsidiaries in Rayong organized a Mobile Medical clinic. A total of 344 local villagers received free services ranging from cervical cancer testing, dental examinations, massages, and vaccines for pets.
StarPet employees raised funds to support the Ronald McDonald House which provides assistance to families travelling for medical purposes. They will be able to stay in affordable housing while their child is being medically treated for illness.
AlphaPet employee participated Dragon Boat. The proceeds of this event goes to support the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation so they can purchase new medical equipment for the Hospital.
Our employees volunteered to participate as part of Operation Smile Thailand team to screen patients in Surin province. The foundation provides surgeries to fixcleft lips and cleft palates for free. On this occasion, the IVL foundation also provided dolls and pillows made by IVL employess for the children.
IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Egypt provided baby food, medicine and books to Al Orman Orphanage.
Performance Fibers Operations Mexico was invited to participate in evacuation drills organized by the Environment Protection Agency and Civil Protection Agency in local authorities.
Indorama Ventures PCL subsidiary in Rayong donated 100,000 Baht to support a running activity “Run Fast, Stop Stroke.” The objective of this event was to promote running and walking in the community, encourage people to exercise for good health, with profits from the event given to local hospitals. Running shirts worn by participants were made from recycled plastic bottles by Indorama Ventures.
Lopburi employees participated in a walk and run event at Pasak Dam 2019, which was arranged by the Federation of Thai Industries and Chamber of Commerce at Lopburi for charitable donation of medical equipment to the Red Cross Organization.
Lopburi CSR team provided training on the dangers of burning rice fields that lead to PM 2.5 air pollution problems. This activity was attended by volunteers from Khao Samo Korn health promoting hospital. The volunteers will be have the knowledge to communicate the information to people in nearby areas.
