AlphaPet plant shutdown due power outage from severe storm

Subject: AlphaPet plant shutdown due to power outage from severe storm
Please be informed that the severe tornado passing through Alabama State in USA
resulted in a total power outage across Decatur, Alabama and at the location of
AlphaPet Inc. plant leading to stoppage of the plant since April 28 evening.
There has been no damage to the plant structure or injury to any of the plant
personnel. However the management may declare a Force Majeure for Alphapet
considering the uncertainty of the plant start up. The plant is adequately
covered under All Risk Insurance. We will update SET as soon as the situation of
startup is available.
Our 3 other locations in North America i.e. Starpet Inc., in North Carolina,
Auriga Polymers Inc., in South Carolina and Arteva Specialties S. de R.L. de
C.V. in Queretaro, Mexico are under normal operations.
