Please be informed that a customary Force Majeure was declared last week when
production at the Ethylene Oxide and Glycol plants of Indorama Ventures (Oxide
and Glycols) Ltd, in Texas USA was taken offline to rectify a mechanical
problem. The site has resumed operations on Saturday (July 28, 2012) and the FM
will be lifted immediately upon the plant and supplies becoming normal.
