Representative of Indorama Ventures PCL, Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal, CEO – PET and Feedstock Business, received the Top Corporate Governance Report Award 2014 from Mr. Sommai Phasee, the Finance Minister of Thailand. This award is arranged by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to recognize the quality of a company’s corporate governance disclosure through its reporting channels, such as SET annual report form, annual report, company’s website, notice and minutes of shareholder meetings. The award ceremony was held at the Stock Exchange of Thailand Building, Bangkok, Thailand.
