Indorama Petrochem got “excellent” ratings from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and community audit committee.

On June 13, 2013 The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), led by Mr. Pratheep Aengchuan, Director – Office of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate (5th from left), and representatives from communities in Map Ta Phut and Banchang came to audit Indorama Petrochem as part of IEAT’s Environmental Governance (Green Star Award) . Indorama Petrochem got “excellent" ratings in all topics consisting of water management, waste/industrial waste management, air/noise management, NOx, SO2, VOCs, safety in work areas, accident/incident management and complaint handling, green area inside plant, support to communities and social participation, logistics management, and accuracy of relevant data/international standard management system.
