1. Support to Global HR team in developing, establishing and reporting of following
HR metrics, DJSI criterion requirements.
Why analysis of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly HR MIS Reports.
Analyzing data, identifying patterns & trends
Internal / External benchmarking reports.
Development and maintenance of HR scorecard.
HR analytics presentations to Global HR head.
2. Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
3. Analyze and prepare scorecard for Senior Management on HR metrics.
4. Coordinates with Global HRMS team / Plant HR team for data requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, OR, Accounting or related field.
Age 28 - 32 years old.
Have 5 - 8 years Experiences in Data Analysis.
Must be detail oriented and able to work on multiple assignments.
Solves problems effectively: identifies the relevant issues, gathers information and input, applies sound reasoning and develops workable solutions.
Strong analytical skills, understanding of data sources and ability to use systems to acquire necessary data.
